The MePA, Public Administration Electronic Market, was created (under Article 36 of the Public Contracts Code under the decision of the MEF (Ministry of Economy and Finance) and managed by Consip (Public Administration Purchasing Centre).
This platform represents a digital tool, to put administrations in communication with companies authorized to supply and purchase goods and services; its purpose is to make public administration purchases faster; more efficient, and more transparent and this is the main reason that determines the success of the MEPA.

This service involves the support to the company to obtain its order by submitting an offer to the customer’s purchase request or by creating a catalogue of your products.
Our committement
The Basic Service is mandatory if the customer wishes to assign us the burden and the responsibility of registration; if the customer instead assumes itself the responsability, included the unsuccessfull risk; can only buy the Registration Service; Obviously in case of failure the customer will not receive any refund. The same logic can be applied to the Negotiation service; it is not mandatory but in this case we have no responsibility if you fail to award the contract

Service processing times
With us, as soon as the client makes available what is necessary, we work on the application in two/three days at most; the time of final approval are variable and do not depend on us and unfortunately we can not provide certainty; however 10 days is a reasonable time to achieve the goal. Obviously a client who is aware that he will have to participate in a pubblic tender on the MEPA would be well if he registered before the call is published to reduce the risk of not having enough time
Duration
Unlike the previous release with the new platform that became operational on 24 May 2022, the authorization does not expire, however the company must report any changes within its corporate structure
Is there a cost to register in to MEPA and stay
There is no cost to join the MEPA and there is no cost to stay in the MEPA; however, the MEPA STAFf does not provide any support for companies and if the company requires support, from preparation to implementation, it is necessary to engage services provider as BBSPRATICHE and, of course, this advice is obviously not free of charge
